Terms of Service
Last updated 29 September 2026
These terms apply when you or your business use Finsighty. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
- The owner of a business decides who else gets access and with what role, and can remove them.
- Tell us at once at hello@finsighty.com if you think someone has accessed your account.
Your data
Your business's records belong to your business. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Finsighty for you. You can export them at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Accounting, tax and AI
Finsighty is a tool to help you keep your books. It is not a substitute for a chartered accountant or tax adviser. Reports, GST figures, HSN codes and AI suggestions can contain mistakes: check them before you file returns or make decisions. Nothing is saved from WhatsApp until you confirm it, and you are responsible for what you confirm and send.
Acceptable use
- Use Finsighty only for lawful business purposes and only for data you have the right to use.
- Message clients on WhatsApp or email only with their consent, and stop when they ask.
- Don't try to access another business's data, disrupt the service, or get around its limits.
Plans and payment
Plans and prices are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans renew until cancelled. If a subscription lapses, your data stays available to view and export.
Availability
We work to keep Finsighty running and your data backed up, but the service is provided as is and may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees your business paid us in the 12 months before it.
Ending the service
You can stop using Finsighty at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable. Either way, you can export your data first.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Contact us first at hello@finsighty.com and we will try to resolve any problem.
